Do I need to be home during the Christmas lights quote process?
No, you don’t need to be present while we prepare your holiday lights quote. We only need two things from you:
1. Access to your property – Please ensure gates or entryways are unlocked so we can inspect the area for your Christmas light installation.
2. Your design preferences – Provide a brief description of where you’d like your Christmas lights or holiday decorations installed and what type of lights or décor you have in mind. You can send us this information by phone or email.
When will my holiday lights be taken down?
A member of our Christmas lights team will contact you during the first week of January to let you know when we’ll be in your area for light removal. Unless otherwise specified, all holiday lights will be taken down by the second week of January.
Can I request just one holiday lighting service, or do you only offer full-service packages?
You can absolutely choose individual services! Whether you need us to handle only your Christmas light installation, takedown, or storage, we’re happy to provide any single service or a combination of services.
Do you install permanent lighting that I bought myself?
Yes, we can install permanent lighting purchased from a home supply store, depending on the type and quality of the products. To ensure compatibility and proper installation, please email us at info@tulsatwins.com with details about the lighting products you’ve purchased, and we’ll let you know if we can assist with the installation.
Will you install my own Christmas lights?
Yes, if you already have your own Christmas lights, we can install them for you. However, if any strands of lights are not functioning, we will replace them, and the cost of the new lights will be added to your bill. Don’t worry, we’ll always inform you of any additional charges before proceeding with your holiday light installation.
How many Christmas lights will I need for my project?
The number of lights depends on your specific project and the look you want to achieve. Once we discuss your vision for your holiday lighting display, we’ll provide an estimate of the number of Christmas lights needed.
